雅安地震并非汶川余震

　　4月20日，四川地震局工程研究院院长周荣军接表示，雅安7级地震为独立地震，不是“5.12汶川地震余震。

　　他表示，“5.12汶川地震震中位于龙门山断裂带中北段，而此次地震在该断裂带南西段，两地距离远，可以判定，此次地震不是“5.12汶川地震余震。

　　此外，地震局专家说，90年代后龙门山断裂带就处于4级以上空白期，这次地震处于龙门山断裂带最南端，有地下水报告异常;本次地震比汶川还要复杂，目前无法确定地震类型及是单层还是双层断裂。

　　据了解，7.0级震级是雅安历史上最大的地震。本次地震不是汶川的余震。
