国家医疗保障局日前发布《2020年国家医保药品目录调整工作方案 The National Healthcare Security Administration has published a draft work plan regarding adjustments to the list of medicines covered by the medical-insurance system, inviting the public to provide comments and opinions on the draft. According to the draft, medications for respiratory diseases related to COVID-19 will be added to the list.

每日一词∣医保目录调整 adjustments to the list of medicines covered by the medical1 2020年3月7日，一位百岁新冠肺炎患者在湖北省妇幼保健院光谷院区治愈出院。根据7月30日出炉的国家医保局“1号令”——《基本医疗保险用药管理暂行办法》，我国建立完善医保目录动态调整机制，原则上每年调整一次。该暂行办法自2020年9月1日起施行。

征求意见稿提出，七类医保目录外的药品可以纳入2020年医保目录拟新增药品范围，包括与新冠肺炎相关的呼吸系统疾病治疗用药；纳入《国家基本药物目录值得注意的是，此次拟新增药品范围还包括了2017年1月1日至2019年12月31日期间，经国家药监部门按新药注册申请程序批准上市的药品此外，根据征求意见稿，与同治疗领域的其他药品相比，价格/费用明显偏高，且近年来占用基金量较多的药品，拟纳入2020年医保目录调整范围。
