6月30日，联合国大会召开消除贫困高级别视频会议，主题为“全球消除贫困的趋势、选择和战略”。这标志着联合国“消除贫困联盟”正式启动。

The UN General Assembly virtual high-level meeting on poverty eradication on the theme "Trends, options and strategies in poverty eradication across the world" was held on June 30. The event marked the formal inauguration of the Alliance for Poverty Eradication.

第74届联合国大会主席蒂贾尼•穆罕默德-班迪6月30日召开视频会议，启动“消除贫困联盟”。中国作为创始成员参加该联盟。

消除一切形式的贫困是联合国2030年可持续发展议程17个目标中的首个目标，其中提到，确保从各种在联合国成立75周年和进入“可持续发展目标行动十年”之际，新冠疫情暴发给消除贫困带来新的严峻挑战，各方应以成立“消除贫困联盟”为契机，采取共同行动，推进全球减贫事业。

目前，巴基斯坦、印度、孟加拉国、南非、埃及、摩洛哥、埃塞俄比亚、墨西哥、智利、挪威和土耳其等30多个国家也已参加该联盟。

【重要讲话】

亚洲各国人民希望远离贫困、富足安康，希望各国合力推进开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的经济全球化，共同消除一些国家民众依然面临的贫穷落后，共同为孩子们创造衣食无忧的生活，让幸福和欢乐走进每一个家庭。

We Asian people long for decent lives free of poverty. We hope that countries will work together to promote economic globalization and make it more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial to all. Doing so will enable us to eradicate poverty and backwardness that still plague people in some countries. It will make life carefree for our children and bring happiness to all families.
