普查范围是832个国家扶贫开发工作重点县和集中连片特困地区县，享受片区政策的新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区7个市县，以及在中西部22个省(区、市)抽取的部分其他县。普查对象为普查范围内的全部行政村(包括有建档立卡户的居委会、社区)和全部建档立卡户。普查内容包括建档立卡户基本情况、“两不愁三保障”实现情况、主要收入
