傅莹成全国人大首位女发言人

　　十二届全国人大一次会议主席团4日上午举行第一次会议。会议经表决，决定现任外交部副部长傅莹等为大会副秘书长，并指定傅莹兼任大会资讯发言人。

　　傅莹，女，1953年1月出生，内蒙古自治区人。1978年起在中华人民共和国外交部工作，曾任中华人民共和国驻罗马尼亚社会主义共和国大使馆职员、随员;外交部翻译室随员、三秘、二秘、副处长;1997年陆续任驻印度尼西亚共和国大使馆公使衔参赞、驻菲律宾共和国特命全权大使、外交部亚洲司司长、驻澳大利亚联邦特命全权大使、驻大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国特命全权大使，驻外经历丰富。2009年，升任外交部副部长，主管亚洲地区、边界与海洋事务等。

　　一头银发一丝不乱，一身装束落落大方，是傅莹给人留下的最初印象，但令人印象更为深刻的其在外交生涯所展现出的温柔与刚毅。

　　说其温柔，或是因为傅莹说话时喜欢打比喻、讲事实，娓娓而谈，没有官腔，平易近人，她一度也被媒体称为“柔性危机专家。尤其是在驻英大使任内，为扭转对华不利的舆论氛围，化解外界对中国的误读，傅莹四处奔走，成功实施危机公关，使外界更好地了解认识中国。

　　在捍卫中国主权和国家利益时，傅莹也展现出女性少有的强硬。面对南海和钓鱼岛风云，作为外交部主管亚洲和边海事务的副部长，傅莹批评个别南海声索国一意孤行，警告小国不能肆意侵犯挑衅大国;对于日方在钓鱼岛海域非法抓扣中国渔民，她多次召见日本大使，要求立即无条件放人，给外界留下深刻印象。
