证监会公布“房嫂”调查结果

　　中国证监会资讯发言人3日就证监会福建监管局原党委委员、副局长田荔琴被指拥有16套房一事公布调查结果，其丈夫担任港资公司高管，根据公司提供的证明和调查组查询情况，其家庭收入能够负担购房款。

　　前官员被指16套房

　　“房叔“房妹纷纷被曝光之际，今年1月，证监会福建监管局原党委委员、副局长田荔琴被旅美侨胞陈秀萍实名举报为“房嫂，称其拥有16套房产，迅速引发社会广泛关注。中国证监会随后介入调查。

　　3月3日，证监会资讯发言人表示，陈秀萍网上实名举报福建证监局已退休的原副局长田荔琴名下及家人房产与收入严重不符的问题后，证监会党委、纪委高度重视，立即成立核查小组，前往福州、上海等地进行核查。听取了举报人陈秀萍的意见;调取了田荔琴及家人房产、税务、工商登记与银行账户等资料;找田荔琴及家人等相关人员核对了情况。为慎重起见，调查结束后，又组成复核小组对田荔琴同志家庭收入情况进行了复核。

　　调查称收入够买房

　　根据调查情况，举报人反映的16处房产、店面、车位中，有2套房产为同一产权房屋;有一套房产为田荔琴同丈夫陈翔在省委办公厅工作时分配的公房，已经归还;有2套房产为陈翔到港资公司工作后，由所在公司提供的资金购买。田荔琴及家人实际购买的房产为11套住房(含陈翔所在公司提供资金购买的2套)、1个店面和2个车位。其中在2001年及2008年后，陆续转让5套房产和1个店面。目前，田荔琴及家人名下尚有6套房产和2个车位，除1套出租外，其余5套由本人及父母等亲属居住。

　　证监会资讯发言人还说，田荔琴丈夫从1998年起担任港资公司高管，根据其公司提供的证明和调查组查询的情况，在1996年12月至2008年1月田荔琴及其家人购买房产期间，其家庭收入能够负担购房款。

　　记者从举报人陈秀萍处获悉，网络实名举报后，她多次遭受不明身份之人的威胁，有人多次砸她家门口的花盆，往她家里泼污水，还有陌生人当面威胁她“会死得很难看。
