独自坐在空荡荡的天际下，于滚烫的开水中我闻得一阵卡布其诺的香气。我爱极了咖啡，这又苦又甜滋味的品尝，恍若一段长远的人生旅途。

Sitting alone in the empty sky, in the boiling water, I could smell the fragrance of cappuccino. I love coffee very much, which tastes bitter and sweet, just like a long life journey.

故人对我说，要有最朴素的生活与最遥远的梦想，话语在我轻轻的搅拌中传入耳中。

The old man said to me, to have the most simple life and the most distant dream, words in my gently stirring in the ear.

自出生以来，犹如这一壶白开水，单纯无味。渐渐地，冲泡于这咖啡色的粉末中变得有滋有味，在慢慢地品尝中，我们学习生活。而一路走到今天，我们都不容易。

Since birth, like this pot of boiled water, simple and tasteless. Gradually, brewing in the brown powder becomes delicious. In the process of tasting slowly, we learn to live. And all the way to today, we are not easy.

务实的生活，在于一个有价值的人生，要有像咖啡般细细碾碎的每一个颗粒般的经历，在涅磐中灼烧溶解，偶尔细细品尝，然后冷暖自知。

The practical life lies in a valuable life. We should have the experience of crushing every particle like coffee, burning and dissolving in Nirvana, tasting it carefully occasionally, and then knowing ourselves.

我知道这个世界上时时刻刻都有比我们意想中伟大得多或者悲哀得多的事情发生。自汶川大地震以来，我的心一直沉浸在低谷，生与死，不过是一瞬间的事，这样的苦痛，有如凹凸有致的碑铭镌刻在生命线上，让你抿着嘴，皱起眉头，这样苦味的咖啡，惟有自知。

I know that there is always something much greater or more sad in the world than we thought. Since the Wenchuan earthquake, my heart has been immersed in the low valley, life and death, but for a moment. Such pain is like a concave and convex inscription engraved on the life line, making you sip your mouth, frown, such bitter coffee, only self-knowledge.

史铁生说：“孩子，这是你的罪孽，亦是你的福祉。”

哭泣与劫后余生的庆幸，交杂着，融于这咖啡中。你看，生命对我们是吝啬的，总是让我们失望；生命却又是慷慨的，总在我们失望后给予我们拯救。

Weeping and the rest of life's happiness, mixed, melting in this coffee. You see, life is stingy to us and always disappoints us; life is generous and always saves us when we are disappointed.

我想，因了这生命的慷慨，我们必须尊严地活下去，就如同生命本身，尊重我们的存在。

I think, because of the generosity of life, we must live with dignity, just like life itself, respecting our existence.

我凝视这白瓷杯中的咖啡，又想起这位终生在爱与死之间作茧自缚的天才——维吉妮亚·伍尔芙。她的灵魂有着深刻的思想与错乱。我恍如看见在春光明媚的苏格兰乡下，矢车菊香气的阳光铺满整个房屋，鹅毛笔与厚质纸张在摩擦，桌旁的咖啡轻袅地散发热气，她正写着《奥兰多》。

I gazed at the coffee in the white porcelain cup, and thought of Virginia Woolf, the genius who has bound himself between love and death all my life. Her soul has profound thoughts and confusion. I can see the cornflower scented sunshine spreading all over the house in the spring countryside of Scotland. The quill pen is rubbing against the thick paper. The coffee beside the table emits heat gently. She is writing "Orlando".

我的嘴角轻轻扬起，这个天才一生传奇，终在疾病中死去。在她品完咖啡的苦与甜之后，剩下的也不过是一只空杯子，这一生，死后也带不走任何东西。

My mouth gently raised, this genius life legend, finally died in the disease. After she tasted the bitterness and sweetness of coffee, the rest was nothing but an empty cup. In this life, she could not take anything away after death.

在这片狭小的天地，我经历的，不过是寻常的人生；看见的，不过是平凡的世界。其实生活没有那么多的故事上演，只是有爱，就是我们生活的全部意义所在。这咖啡的苦与甜是综合的味道，咽一口，自己体会。

In this small world, what I experience is just ordinary life; what I see is just ordinary world. In fact, there are not so many stories in life, just love, which is the whole meaning of our life. The bitterness and sweetness of this coffee is a comprehensive taste. Take a sip and feel it.

天空中不知什么时候飞起了风筝，寂寞的鸟儿围着它盘旋，我伸出手遮挡夕阳刺入眼睛的光线，仿若明暗相间的幻象，想起这一路跌跌撞撞，忍不住眼泪灼热地流淌下来。仰头喝下最后一口咖啡，生活的余香留于齿间。

When did the kite fly in the sky? The lonely birds circled around it. I held out my hand to block the light that the setting sun stabbed into my eyes. Like the illusion of light and dark, I remembered that I had stumbled all the way and couldn't help tears flowing down. Drink the last sip of coffee on your back, and the aftertaste of life will be left between your teeth.
