The secretariat of the CPPCC said it has received 945 proposals from attendees by noon on Mar 2. Here is a glimpse of some proposals that have drawn attention from the public.

全国政协大会秘书处表示，截至3月2日中午12时，大会秘书处已经收到提案945件，以下是一些受到公众关注的提案。

The current law, which limits punishment for prostitution and assembling for licentious activities between different sexes, should be amended to cover such activities between the same sex to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.

现行法律对于卖淫、聚众淫乱的惩处仅限于异性间，应补充同性淫乱行为的规定以预防艾滋病的传播。
