曙光社区居民文明公约

为了加强社会主义精神文明建设，以<<公民道德实施纲要>>为准则，以“讲文明、爱家乡、爱曙光”为主题，结合曙光社区实际，特制定以下居民文明公约：

In order to strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, the following conventions on Residents' civilization are formulated in accordance with the & lt; lt; civil morality Implementation Outline & gt; gt; gt; gt; and the theme of "speaking of civilization, loving hometown, and loving dawn" in combination with the reality of dawn community:

一、每个楼组内由楼组党员联络组组长负责定期组织群众认真学习《公民道德实施纲要》。大力倡扬社会主义道德风尚，热心公益活动，自觉奉献社区，积极参加社区建设和公益劳动。

1、 In each building group, the leader of the contact group of building group members shall be responsible for organizing the masses to study the implementation outline of civil morality. We should vigorously promote socialist morality, be enthusiastic about public welfare activities, consciously contribute to the community, and actively participate in community construction and public welfare work.

二、每个楼栋内每一层有一名卫生负责人，每户轮流值日，打扫卫生，确保楼内干净、整洁，不得在楼层户外堆放杂物，使社区居民有一个良好的生活环境和生活秩序。

2、 There is a person in charge of sanitation on each floor of each building. Each household is on duty in turn to clean and make sure that the building is clean and tidy. It is not allowed to stack sundries outside the floor, so that the community residents have a good living environment and order.

三、社区居民室内、外阳台物品摆放整齐有序。不得超出阳台边檐，不得将所种花卉等观赏性物品置于阳台护栏以外，避免发生意外。

3、 The indoor and outdoor balconies of community residents are placed in order. Do not exceed the edge of the balcony, do not put the flowers and other ornamental items outside the balcony guardrail to avoid accidents.

四、社区居民应邻里团结如一家，遇有各种矛盾、问题，应本着互相体谅、理解的目的去协商解决纠纷。不可随意性将各种矛盾问题扩大化、复杂化。

Four, the community residents should unite as one neighborhood. In case of various contradictions and problems, they should negotiate to solve the disputes based on mutual understanding and understanding. It is not allowed to expand and complicate all kinds of contradictions.

五、社区居民如遇有外来人员在社区内求助，都应尽自己全力给予无私帮助，充分体现曙光社区居民的真心、热心、关心和爱心。

5、 Community residents should do their best to give selfless help if they have any help from outsiders in the community, fully reflecting the sincerity, enthusiasm, care and love of Shuguang community residents.

六、社区居民应继承和弘扬中华民族尊老爱幼的传统美德，视老人、儿童为自己的亲人，尽一位公民应尽的义务和职责。

6、 Community residents should inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting the old and loving the young of the Chinese nation, regard the old and children as their relatives, and fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a citizen.

七、社区居民日常应主动加强对科学、法律、文化、卫生等知识的学习，以丰富和提高自身素质和修养。

7、 Community residents should take the initiative to strengthen the study of science, law, culture, health and other knowledge in order to enrich and improve their own quality and accomplishment.

八、社区居民要“热爱社区、美化社区、建设社区”，每月应自愿参加社区志愿者义务劳动，为建设曙光文体娱乐型和谐社区多做贡献。

8、 Community residents should "love the community, beautify the community, and build the community". They should voluntarily participate in the voluntary work of community volunteers every month to make more contributions to the construction of Shuguang sports and entertainment harmonious community.

以上为曙光社区居民文明公约，此公约已在曙光社区居民代表大会上正式获得通过，望广大社区居民自觉遵守，为曙光社区精神文明建设更上一层楼贡献自己的一份力量。
