新苑社区法院宿舍环境报告

为了创建和谐社会，营造更和谐的社区气氛，特对安徽省庐江县庐城镇绣溪新苑社区法院宿舍就环境情况进行了调查，作如下的调查报告：

In order to create a harmonious society and create a more harmonious community atmosphere, this paper investigates the environment of the court dormitory in xiuxi Xinyuan community, Lucheng Town, Lujiang County, Anhui Province, and makes the following investigation report:

一、小区现状

1、 Current situation of the community

法院宿舍共两幢住宿楼，区内总体卫生环境良好，地面卫生情况尚可，自行车、摩托车摆放相对整齐，区内噪音少，安静，环境理想，安全工作良好，治安情况尚可；但社区绿化不够理想，公共设施维护较差。

There are two dormitory buildings in the court dormitory. The overall sanitary environment in the area is good, the ground sanitation is acceptable, the bicycles and motorcycles are placed relatively orderly, the noise in the area is less, the environment is ideal, the safety work is good, and the public security situation is acceptable; however, the community greening is not ideal, and the public facilities are poorly maintained.

二、主要问题

2、 Main problems

1。没有指定的倒垃圾地点，居民倒垃圾较随便。

1. There is no designated dumping place, and residents are more casual in dumping garbage.

由于小区内没有指定的垃圾倒放点，所以各个楼梯口常常出现随意堆放垃圾的现象。近来由于小区内多了一辆垃圾车，情况有所好转，但仍有个别居民为图方便，将垃圾随便扔在路边或楼道口。

Because there is no designated garbage dumping point in the community, garbage is often stacked at random at each stairway. Recently, there is an additional garbage truck in the community, which makes the situation better. However, there are still some residents who are convenient to throw garbage at the roadside or corridor entrance.

2。绿化不够，且管理缺乏力度。

2. Greening is not enough, and management is lack of strength.

小区内绿化面积较小，且草地稀疏，管理较松弛，导致日常生活中居民随意破坏树木的现象较严重。除此之外，原先一部分的绿化地被一些居民擅自改为菜地，占用了小区绿化面积的65。7‰，严重破坏了小区的绿化环境。

The small green area, sparse grassland and loose management in the community lead to the serious phenomenon that the residents destroy trees at will in daily life. In addition, part of the original green land was changed into vegetable land by some residents without authorization, occupying 65% of the green area of the community. 7 ‰, seriously damaging the green environment of the community.

3。楼道的感应灯多坏，长期无人修理。

3. How bad are the induction lights in the corridor? They haven't been repaired for a long time.

两幢宿舍楼，共6个单元，所有一楼楼梯口的楼道感应灯都已坏掉，住户在夜晚上下楼时有很多不便，却一直无人修理，无人问津。

There are two dormitory buildings, six units in total. The induction lights in the stairway on the first floor have been broken. There are many inconveniences for the residents to go up and down at night, but no one has been repairing them.

4。自行车、摩托车的安全得不到保障。

4. The safety of bicycles and motorcycles is not guaranteed.

小区居民停放在楼梯口的自行车、摩托车时有丢失，有38‰的居民反映发生过此类现象。

The bicycles and motorcycles parked at the stairway entrance of the community are lost, and 38 ‰ of the residents have reported such phenomenon.

三、对策建议

3、 Countermeasures and suggestions

1。增添指定的垃圾倒放点，并在小区内张贴宣传布告，对倒垃圾一事进行明文规定：居民倒垃圾时要倒到指定地点，禁止随便乱扔垃圾；日常生活中不许随便乱扔果皮纸屑等。除此之外，还可增设分类垃圾桶，加强垃圾分类回收。

Add designated garbage dumping points, and post propaganda notices in the community, and make clear regulations on garbage dumping: when residents dump garbage, they should go to the designated place, and it is forbidden to throw garbage at will; in daily life, they are not allowed to throw fruit peel and paper scraps at will. In addition, it is also possible to add classified garbage cans to strengthen the classified recycling of garbage.

2。加大对小区绿化带的管理力度，保证现有绿化带不被人为破坏。同时，应对小区内的草地进行精心照料，另可种植一些花卉植物，增添小区的生机。

3。请社区相关管理人员尽快解决楼道感应灯的问题，将坏掉的6个感应灯全部换新，以确保居民安全、正常的生活。

4。加大相关方面的治安管理力度，对进出小区的陌生人员提高警惕，保护小区的财产安全。

5。多进行宣传，提高居民的环保意识，普及环保观念。
