学会善待他人

大千世界五彩缤纷，人的性格也多种多样，每天，同学们都会与父母．同学．老师．家人甚至是陌生人发生一定的联系，如何与他人相处呢？这可是我们日常生活中的一件重要事情，要学会与他人相处，必须要善待他人。

The world is colorful, and people's personalities are diverse. Every day, students will have some contact with their parents, classmates, teachers, family members and even strangers. How to get along with others? This is an important thing in our daily life. To get along with others, we must be kind to others.

善待他人包含的内容很多，其中有学会理解．尊重．宽容．关心．帮助他人等。今天重点讨论一下理解，宽容他人，其它的平时老师讲得很多，这就不讲了。

There are many contents in treating others kindly, including learning to understand, respect, tolerate, care and help others. Today, we will focus on understanding and tolerating others. Other teachers usually talk a lot, so we won't talk about it.

1．理解是爱。

1. Understanding is love.

每个人都有自己的情感世界，都希望得到别人的理解，也希望理解别人，假如你真诚地理解别人，会意外地发现你得到的理解要比过去多得多，而只希望别人理解自己，而不会理解别人的人，永远不会如愿以偿。因为理解是爱，爱是真诚而且是相互的。

来勃勃生机，增强集体的凝聚力，师生之间相互理解，就不存在代沟……，可见理解是一个座桥梁，是填平人与人之间鸿沟的石土。因而，在人际交往中，应学会理解，才能做到善待他人。这里，我给大家讲两个真实的故事。

第一个：有个母亲惦记着儿子的生日，一下班，马上买了蛋糕就往家里赶，半路上，知行车碰了石头，蛋糕甩了，人也摔伤了。儿子见不到蛋糕，大哭大闹，怪母亲在同学们面前丢他的脸。母亲也哭了，为什么呢？大家想想。

The first one: a mother was thinking about her son's birthday. As soon as she got off work, she bought a cake and hurried home. On the way, she knew that the car hit a stone, the cake was thrown away, and people were hurt. The son can't see the cake, crying and making a scene, blaming his mother for throwing his face in front of his classmates. Mother also cried, why? Think about it.

第二个：有个中学生看到妈妈变老了，身体也差了，想到是为自己的成长付出的代价。她想在即将到来的“三八“节送一份礼物给妈妈。送什么呢？无意中，她翻开相册，看到妈妈年轻时美丽的动人的形象，她哭了，她悄悄地把相片拿去放大，又镶上一个漂亮的镜框，“三八“那天，她把镜框放在家里最显眼的地方。妈妈回来一看就哭了，女儿扑进妈妈的怀抱，感到妈妈的泪是甜的。

Second: a middle school student saw that his mother was getting old and his body was poor. He thought of the price he paid for his growth. She wants to give her mother a present on the coming "March 8" festival. What's for? Inadvertently, she opened the album and saw the beautiful and moving image of her mother when she was young. She cried. She quietly enlarged the photo and set a beautiful frame. On the day of "March 8", she put the frame in the most prominent place in the home. When mom came back, she cried. 两个妈妈都哭了，但个中的泪水那个是酸的，那个是甜的，同学们心中早已清楚，第二个故事道出了理解的真谛所在。
