钱眼看人

金钱是能还是恶，取决于人性。是人赋予金钱善恶。

通常人最关心的什么？——可能是一个钱字。那我就以这个题目为开篇。

What do people usually care about most? ——It could be a word for money. Then I'll start with this topic.

一定有观众会说，为什么要你来说钱呢？哪个不懂得呀，三岁的小孩也会说，一世做奴隶为钱币，我们的普通人家日日做工那么辛苦，为什么？为赚钱、交租、供楼、供子女读书、养妻活儿、积谷防饥、防老。有钱人家呢？就可赚更多的钱，买大屋，买靓车，或者更厉害，这些不说也罢。总之钱就不用你来说了，人人不用教那个钱字。

For making money, paying rent, building, reading for children, supporting wife and children, accumulating grain to prevent hunger and old age. What about rich people? 不过我不知道各位有否想过，看钱有不同角度，人看钱有人角度，但反过来说，钱看人又是另一个角度。人看钱的角度是什么？

关于钱，一句叫做金钱万能，第二句叫做金钱万恶。讲金钱万能是不错的，我们说有钱能使鬼推磨，连只鬼都要听它的，你讲它还不是“能”吗？还有说，钱能通神，神都要听它的，那么岂不说明金钱“能”吗？香港人说：“你有钱大哂”。既是说它是很大，虽然未必是“大哂”，但也承认钱的地位。

它会说，你又说我万能，又说我万恶，你打生打死，做那么多事，最后全部责任一推，都推在我这无辜的金钱身上。这样，如果你和我是金钱，你也会感觉委屈，不是吗？所以我们说，万能也好，万恶也好，一切都是人性本质的反映，和金钱其实是无关的。

钱，是耶非耶？

钱，本是用以购买商品的一般等价物，并无好坏之分，善恶之别。但在社会中，人们对它的认识却不尽相同。有人信奉金钱至上，金钱万能；有人则认为金钱是毒蛇、陷阱，是一切罪恶的渊薮。笔者认为钱本身是单纯的，它既不能行善也不能作恶。关键是对钱要“取之有道，用之有度”。

Money is the general equivalent used to buy goods. There is no difference between good and bad. But in society, people have different understanding of it. Some believe that money is supreme and omnipotent; others believe that money is a serpent, a trap and a source of all evils. The author thinks that money itself is pure, it can neither do good nor evil. The key is to "take money in a proper way and use it in a proper way".

常言说得好，“君子爱财，取之有道”。在现实生活中，人们获取钱的渠道是多方面的，但从性质上来划分无非是两大类。一是依法勤劳致富；一是巧取豪夺。笔者钦佩第一种人，鄙视第二种人。第一种人，是在现行法律政策允许范围内，依靠自己的聪明才智和苦干获取钱，这是共产党和人民政府极力提倡并积极支持和保护的。第二种人，是违背现行政策法规，千方百计钻政策法律空子或违规违法巧取豪夺，这是共产党和人民政府极力反对和打击的重点。再说，即便有了钱也不能乱花，要把有限的资财用到生产、生活最急需的地方，不然，一有钱就邪念横生，小则吃喝嫖赌抽，奢侈腐化，败坏风气；大则乱国法违党纪，祸国殃民，危及社会。

As the saying goes, "a gentleman loves money and has a way to get it.". In real life, there are many ways for people to get money, but there are only two kinds in nature. One is to become rich through hard work in accordance with the law; the other is to seize things by chance. I admire the first kind of people and despise the second. The first kind of people, within the scope of the current laws and policies, rely on their own intelligence and hard work to get money, which is strongly advocated and actively supported and protected by the Communist Party and the people's government. The second kind of people is those who violate the current policies and regulations, make every effort to exploit the policy and law gaps or violate the rules and regulations, and seize things by hand. This is the key point that the Communist Party and the people's government vigorously oppose and crack down on. Moreover, even if you have money, you can't spend it indiscriminately. You should use the limited money in the most urgent need of production and life. Otherwise, when you have money, evil thoughts will be rampant. When you are small, you will eat, drink, go whoring, gamble and smoke. When you are rich, you will corrupt the atmosphere. When you are big, you will disobey the party's laws and disciplines, harm the country and the people, and endanger the society.

总之，钱本身并不是无情物，弄得好是财富，它可以给人带来欢乐和幸福。弄得不好，它将成为断头台上的绞索，也可以给人频添痛苦和灾难

In a word, money itself is not ruthless. To make it well is wealth. It can bring joy and happiness to people. If it's not done well, it will become a noose on the guillotine, and it can also cause human suffering and disaster
