反对战争，拥护和平

今年是反法西斯战争胜利60周年，在60多年前，全世界的人民都在遭受着战争，我们中国也遭受到了日本法西斯的侵略，仅在南京就有10万余人遭到法西斯的杀害，房屋被烧，尸体成山，血流成河，瓦砾遍地，这仅仅只是其中的一件惨案。所以这场战争的胜利是用全世界无数人的生命换来的。

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the victory of the anti fascist war. More than 60 years ago, people all over the world were suffering from the war. We in China also suffered from the aggression of Japanese fascism. In Nanjing alone, more than 100000 people were killed by fascism, their houses were burned, their bodies were mountains and rivers of blood and debris were everywhere. This is just one of the tragedies. So the victory of this war is in exchange for the lives of countless people all over the world.

我们现在生活在和平年代里，但现在世界并不是全都和平的，每一天都有不少国家和地区弥漫着战争的硝烟，罪恶的子弹还在威胁着人们宝贵的生命。像伊拉克还在遭受着战争，打着“民主”旗号的美国人占领了他们的国家。伊拉克的人民在生活的贫困线上苦苦地挣扎着，提心吊胆地生活着，不知什么时候美国人的炮弹就会在身边爆炸，死神就会降临。

We live in the era of peace now, but the world is not all peaceful. Every day, many countries and regions are filled with the smoke of war, and the bullets of crime are still threatening people's precious lives. Like Iraq, which is still suffering from war, Americans under the banner of "democracy" occupy their country. The people of Iraq are struggling in the poverty line and living in fear. I don't know when the American shells will explode nearby and death will come.

家庭破碎，父亲失去儿子，妻子失去丈夫，孩子失去父亲。

The family is broken, the father loses the son, the wife loses the husband, the child loses the father.

所以我们呼吁：反对战争，拥护和平。

So we call for opposing war and supporting peace.

让战争成为历史，永远不再发生，让和平之花永远绽放。

Let war become history, never happen again, let the flower of peace bloom forever.

不，我再也不让枪声、炮声、伤员的呻吟声划过耳畔。

如果没有战争，世间就会变得更加和平。

如果没有战争，百姓就会过得十分安宁。

If there is no war, the people will live in peace.

如果没有战争，我们会迎来一个美好，幸福的黎明。

If there is no war, we will usher in a beautiful, happy dawn.

大人们拥有握枪的大手，我们没有，所以我们无力反抗；大人们有称王称霸的野心，我们没有，所以，我们只好含冤受屈；大人们有刚强的胆量，我们没有，所以，我们只好担惊受怕；大人们有强壮的身体，我们没有，所以，战争来临，我们最先倒下。

Adults have big hands holding guns, we don't have them, so we can't resist them; adults have ambitions to dominate the country, we don't have them, so we have to suffer injustice; adults have strong courage, we don't have them, so we have to be afraid; adults have strong bodies, we don't have them, so we fall first when war comes.

如果，战争来了……

If war comes

一颗颗子弹，一排排大炮让年幼的我们看到了死亡的恐怖。一声震耳欲聋的炮声轰碎了我金色的童年，枪林弹雨打碎了游戏的快乐。

Bullet by bullet, line by line of artillery let young us see the horror of death. A deafening bombardment shattered my golden childhood, and gunfire shattered the joy of the game.

我们能做到的，只好渴望和平。

We can only hope for peace.

于是，我们在这里大声呼吁：要和平！不要战争！

Therefore, we are here to call out loudly: want peace! No war!

我们只能劝解，大人胶，抛开眼前的名和利，丢掉心中的罪恶，放下武器，张开双臂，拥抱你们天天渴望和平的孩子吧！

We can only dissuade, adult glue, put aside the name and interest in front of us, throw away the sin in our hearts, put down our weapons, open your arms and embrace your children who yearn for peace every day!
