母亲请人悄悄的将父亲的胸透片送到肿瘤医院请专家会诊，当得知父亲患有肺癌的消息时，一瞬间母亲感到天昏地暗，从医院二楼失神滚下来。从那时起，母亲的泪流干了，头发一下子白了许多。但在父亲的面前，她还得装作轻松，脸上总是笑吟吟的。看见母亲的“笑容”，看着父亲日见孱弱的身体，我常常跑到无人的地方，冲着老天，又哭又喊：“老天，你为什么这样无情！”
