我的理想

每个人都有自己的理想，你的理想或平凡、或特别，或多或少。我当然也有自己的理想—当一名蛋糕师。你可能会问了，为什么放着经理、总裁不干，偏要当个小小的蛋糕师？

Everyone has his own ideal. Your ideal is ordinary or special, more or less. Of course, I have my own ideal - to be a cake maker. You may ask, why do you want to be a small Baker instead of a manager or president?

在我五岁的生日时，妈妈给我买了一个三层冰激凌蛋糕，奶油的香气和水果的芬芳扑鼻而来，我吃得不亦乐乎。虽然那时我萌生了当蛋糕师的想法，但是，我很快又对那些纸醉金迷的职业“奋斗”了。直至我十一岁的时候，我看韩剧《我叫金三顺》中发现：金三顺也是一名蛋糕师。我又从尘封的记忆中找到了我童年的梦想。我于是坚定信心，当一名蛋糕师。

So I firmly believe in being a baker.

我为了实现自己的理想要付出努力和汗水。我首先要学会熟练运用厨房里的工具，还要从最基本的和面、打鸡蛋开始学起。其次制作一些极其简单的糕点，再学会制作普通的小蛋糕。呵！这可不容易了，不过我会好好练习的。最后，再创建自己的蛋糕风格，学会并熟练掌握制作蛋糕的技巧。每当我和妈妈去蛋糕房，我都会观察每个蛋糕，那些蛋糕真是各式各样，琳琅满目。回到家，我还会自己画几张“蛋糕示意图”，从配料、选材、方法等多方面写写画画，不知改了多少遍。彩笔从我手下划过，蛋糕便在纸上“现形”了，我可比吃蛋糕高兴多哩！但对于缠得很的我可却也有着不小的诱惑力呢！

Finally, create your own cake style, learn and master the skills of making cakes. Every time my mother and I go to the cake room, I will observe every cake. Those cakes are really various. When I get home, I will draw several "cake sketches" by myself, and write and draw from ingredients, materials, methods, etc. I don't know how many times I have changed them. When the colored pen is drawn by me, the cake will appear on the paper. I'm much happier than eating the cake! But I also have a lot of temptations for me!

我看着自己的蛋糕，还真不禁有些想入非非了……我看到了我对顾客们捧出了香喷喷的蛋糕，空气中弥漫着牛奶和鸡蛋的清香，那种甜是来自心底的，是甜蜜的。浓郁的奶油包裹着整个蛋糕，蛋糕上除了香甜的果酱和新奇的动物糖外，还有一粒粒闪闪发亮的银色糖豆……
