令计划被“双开”

7月20日，中央决定给予令计划开除党籍开除公职处分。通报称令计划利用职务为多人谋取利益，与多名女性通奸。

Ling Jihua has been expelled from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and removed from public office, according to a decision made at a meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on Monday.

7月20日，中共中央政治局会议审议并通过中共中央纪律检查委员会《关于令计划严重违纪案的审查报告》，决定给予令计划开除党籍、开除公职处分。

双开是指开除党籍（expel someone from the CPC）和开除公职（remove someone from public office）两项开除，是对党员的纪律处分（disciplinary punishment）。

会议还决定，对原政协副主席（former vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee）令计划涉嫌犯罪问题及线索移送司法机关依法处理（transfer the suspected criminal case and relevant clues to judicial organs for handling in accordance with the law）。

经查，令计划严重违反党的政治纪律、政治规矩、组织纪律、保密纪律（seriously violated the political discipline and rules of the CPC, as well as the Party's organizational and confidentiality discipline）；利用职务便利为多人谋取利益（took advantage of his posts to seek profit for others），本人或通过家人收受巨额贿赂（accepted huge bribes personally and through his family）；违纪违法获取党和国家大量核心机密（obtained a great deal of the Party and state's core secrets in violation of laws and discipline）；严重违反廉洁自律规定（violated regulations on integrity and self-discipline），本人及其妻收受他人钱物（accepted others' money and belongings personally and through his wife），为其妻经营活动谋取利益（sought benefits for his wife's businesses）；与多名女性通奸（committed adultery with a number of women），进行权色交易（traded his power for sex）；对亲属利用其职务影响力敛财牟利负有重要责任（bore major responsibility for his family members' acts of seeking profits with the influence of his position）。

令计划的行为完全背离了党的性质和宗旨（completely deviated from the CPC's nature and purpose），严重违反党的纪律（seriously violated the Party's discipline），极大损害党的形象（severely undermined the Party's image），社会影响极其恶劣（with extremely bad social influence）。
