上海叫停“彩色跑”

日前，台湾新北市八仙乐园发生“彩虹趴”粉尘爆炸事件。为杜绝危险，上海东方体育中心表示今年将不再举行彩色跑。另有消息称，7月4日举办的彩色跑沈阳站比赛也在评估是否取消。

Shanghai has called off the color run and other running events that use colorful powders, in the wake of a tragic dust explosion that killed one and injured more than 500 people at a party in Taiwan's New Taipei city, on June 27.

6月27日台湾新北市“彩虹趴”发生粉尘爆炸，造成1人死亡，500余人受伤。之后，上海叫停了“彩色跑”以及其它使用彩色粉末的跑步比赛。

“彩色跑”（color run）的灵感来自迪士尼的彩色世界、涂鸦派对（graffiti party）、泥浆路跑（mud run），以及西红柿大赛在内的世界各地的节庆，旨在宣传健康、快乐、大众参与的跑步理念，被称为地球上最欢乐的5公里（ the Happiest 5km on the Planet）。

日前，台湾发生粉尘爆炸（dust explosion），彩色跑所使用的玉米粉（corn starch），对人无害，但其属于爆炸性混合物（explosive mixture），达到一定条件后易引起爆炸。安全的做法是尽量将玉米粉喷洒在人身上。

两年前，“彩色跑”被引进至中国，喷撒彩粉（spray colorful powders）的类似赛事遍地开花，但此类赛事的安全管理（security management）并不完善。因此专家指出，主办方应对粉尘易燃的潜在危害有足够的风控预估，做好相关措施。
