深改组：“改革促进派”将获重用

习近平首提“三个有利”标准，明确指出要把“改革促进派”用起来。

At the 12th meeting of the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reform, President Xi Jinping encouraged officials to play the role of reform promoters.

在中央全面深化改革领导小组第十二次会议上，国家主席习近平鼓励领导干部争当改革促进派。

习近平提出，要着力强化敢于担当（shoulder heavy responsibilities）、攻坚克难（overcome difficulties in their work）的用人导向，把那些想改革、谋改革、善改革的干部用起来。

习近平强调，要教育引导各级领导干部自觉用“四个全面”战略布局统一思想，正确把握改革大局（have a correct understanding of the overall situation of reform），从改革大局出发看待利益关系调整（change in interest relationship）。

习近平说，只要对全局改革有利（benefit the overall reform）、对党和国家事业发展有利（benefit the development of the Party and the country's cause）、对本系统本领域形成完善的体制机制有利，都要自觉服从改革大局、服务改革大局，勇于自我革命（self-revolution），敢于直面问题（face problems），共同把全面深化改革这篇大文章做好。
