人类命运共同体里的中国担当

日前，习近平主席在亚非领导人会议讲话中，再次强调建设“人类命运共同体”，引发世界关注。

At the summit of Asian and African Nations, President Xi Jinping gave a speech on Wednesday urging Asian and African countries to carry forward the Bandung Spirit and enhance cooperation to jointly build a community of common destiny for all mankind.

4月22日，在亚非国家峰会上，国家主席习近平发表演讲，强调亚非各国要继续发扬万隆精神，加强合作，携手共建人类命运共同体。

为了达到共建人类命运共同体（community of common destiny for all mankind）的目标，习近平提出三点倡议（three-point proposal）。他呼吁亚非国家彼此应深化合作（deepen cooperation），共同面对挑战（face challenges together）。其次，还要拓展南南合作（expand South-South cooperation）。习近平说：“广大发展中国家都面临着加快发展、改善民生的共同使命，应该抱团取暖、扶携前行。”关于南北合作（South-North cooperation），习近平说，“坚持相互尊重平等相待（mutual respect and equality），是开展南北合作（cooperation between the developing and developed countries）的政治基础”。

专家称，三点倡议显示中国领导人对通过合作方式优化国际秩序的广阔视野（broad vision）和全球视角（global perspective）。在“人类命运共同体”（community of common destiny for all mankind）里，中国的担当，是实实在在的行动。也门撤侨，中国慷慨地对别国侨民伸出援手。1个月后的尼泊尔，乘坐中国航空公司飞机撤离震区的，不仅有中国人，也有英国、法国等其他国家的游客。
