中国将设“一带一路”奖学金

国家发展改革委、外交部、商务部经国务院授权，28日联合发布《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》。其中指出，中国每年向沿线国家提供1万个政府奖学金名额。

China plans to set up a scholarship designed exclusively for students coming to study in the country from nations involved in Beijing's initiatives to build a Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.

中国计划为丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家来华留学的学生提供专属奖学金。

中国计划设立的这个奖学金为“一带一路”奖学金（ "One Belt and One Road" scholarship ）。28日发布的《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》（Vision and proposed actions outlined on jointly building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road）指出，中国每年将向沿线国家提供1万个政府奖学金（government scholarships）名额。中国政府奖学金分为全额奖学金（full scholarship）和部分奖学金（partial scholarship）。

另外一个常见的与奖学金有关的词是fellowship，这个词与scholarship在有些情况下可以互用，不过二者也有一些微小的区别：fellowship多指研究生阶段的学生在深造的同时协助导师工作时得到的报酬或者因为在某方面表现突出而得到的奖励；scholarship则多指在本科或研究生阶段可以用来抵消部分或全部教育支出的奖学金，这一类奖学金需要申请才能获得，而且有些奖学金的申请要求较高。
