八部委整顿“网络售彩”

在微信、支付宝等互联网彩票销售暂停月余后，财政部、公安部、工商总局等八部委在4月3日联合发布公告，坚决制止擅自利用互联网销售彩票的行为。

The Ministry of Finance, along with seven other ministries and government agencies, issued a joint announcement last Friday saying it planned to ban unauthorized online lottery sales.

财政部联合其他七个部委于4月3日发布公告，称将制止未经批准的网络售彩行为。

利用互联网销售彩票，即“网络售彩”（online lottery sale）在近几年发展迅猛，但是因为该行业的野蛮生长，也导致乱象丛生（rampant irregularities）。八部委发布的公告显示，未经省级彩票中心委托，利用互联网进行彩票买卖交易（lottery sale without official authorization）、假借国家彩票名义销售私彩（sell fraudulent lottery tickets in the name of State-run lottery）等行为很普遍。

目前，我国的两种国家彩票为中国福利彩票（China Welfare Lottery）和中国体育彩票（China Sports Lottery）。香港的合法彩票叫六合彩（mark-six lottery），由香港赛马会经营。除了表示彩票，lottery还有“偶然的事”、“不能预测的事”的意思，所以a great lottery可以用来表示虚无缥缈的事情。短语hit the jackpot可以表示中了彩票头奖、赢得一大笔钱、发了大财，另外也可以表示取得极大的成功、突然交了好运。
