高考新规有望打破“唯分数论”

高考改革是教育体制改革中的重点领域和关键环节，受到全社会的关注。继教育部9月份出台高考改革方案后，16日又公布配套方案——《关于普通高中学业水平考试的实施意见》以及《关于加强和改进普通高中学生综合素质评价的意见》，意在转变以考试成绩为唯一标准评价学生的做法，为高校招生录取提供重要参考。

The Education Ministry on Tuesday took a critical step in its initiative to reform the college entrance exam system, aiming to reverse exam-oriented education to help fuel future growth. According to the ministry, university entrance will no longer be solely determined by students' Gaokao score and change the situation of evaluating students based on scores alone.

教育部周二在改革高考制度方面迈出了关键性的一步，旨在扭转应试教育以推动未来发展。教育部指出高考将不再完全取决于学生的高考成绩，改变“唯分数论”的现状。

“唯分数论”即只注重考试成绩，我们可以用focus only on scores或者 based on scores alone 来表示。此次改革教育部旨在take focus off score results 《关于加强和改进普通高中学生综合素质评价的意见》指出，除了考试分数，将根据学生morality standards 1977年中国恢复了Gaokao system
