韩国“济州岛”80%购房者为中国人

自韩国政府四年前为开发济州岛而出台新移民政策以来，中国人赴当地投资房地产成为热潮。目前，中国人拥有的济州岛土地面积两年内翻了十倍，济州岛80%的购房者为中国人。
