上海出新规整治“群租”

据《东方早报》报道，上海房管局局长刘海生透露，上海已经起草了一条针对群租行为的新规定，计划下个月开始实施。

Shanghai has drafted a new rule to regulate group renting, the practice of dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately, and vows to substantially raise the penalty imposed on illegal renters.

上海已经起草了一个规范群租行为的新条例，据称这一新规定将大大加重对非法承租人的惩罚力度。群租就是把公寓里的房间隔成更小的房间，然后分别租给不同的人。

群租的英文表达就是group renting，具体而言就是dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately。
