“信访制度”改革

为贯彻三中全会精神，国家信访局将通过畅通和拓宽信访渠道、依法规范信访工作、大力推行“阳光信访”和全力推动群众合理诉求的有效解决，四方面推进信访改革。对于非法截访则将发现一起查处一起，决不姑息。
