取消“一般题材电影”剧本审查

7月17日，国务院颁布的《国务院办公厅关于印发国家资讯出版广电总局主要职责内设机构和人员编制规定的通知》在网上公示，其中第14条“取消一般题材电影剧本审查，实行梗概公示”引起热议。
