近日召开的国务院常务会议明确提出，取消有限责任公司最低注册资本3万元，不再限制公司设立时股东

China has removed the minimum capital requirements for registering a new company, among other reforms aimed at lowering the threshold for business startups and stimulating the private economy.

在新近推行的改革措施中，中国取消了注册新公司的最低资本要求，目的是降低创业门槛，促进私有经济的发展。
