中俄军演“实兵演习”

7月8日，“海上联合—2013”中俄海上联合军事演习实兵演习阶段在俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克正式拉开帷幕。实兵演习将历时3天，完成11项课目，提升双方共同应对海上安全威胁的能力。
