NANCHANG, Nov. 13 -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official You Quan stressed efforts to study and put into action the guiding principles from the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

You, a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks during his investigation and research trip in east China's Jiangxi Province from Monday to Wednesday.
