中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会即将召开

11月30日至12月3日，中国共产党将在北京办一场规模空前的全球政党大会！

这次大会名为“中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会”（CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting），截至目前，来自120多个国家200多个政党和政治组织领导人报名参会。

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, will attend and deliver a keynote speech at the dialogue's opening ceremony.

中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平将出席开幕式并发表主旨讲话。

这次对话会的主题是：

构建人类命运共同体、共同建设美好世界：政党的责任

Working Together Towards A Community with A Shared Future for Humanity and A Better World: Responsibilities of Political Parties

11月24日，中联部举行媒体吹风会，中联部副部长郭业洲介绍了此次对话会有关情况。

郭业洲说，我们积极回应国际社会的关切，顺势搭建全球性政党高层对话平台，全面介绍十九大精神，深入阐释习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，系统宣介我们党关于推动构建人类命运共同体、共同建设美好世界的主张。其目的和意义还在于：

一是希望与世界各国政党共商共议、平等交流,为应对人类社会面临的发展难题和共同挑战,携手构建人类命运共同体凝聚更多的力量和智慧;

First, we hope to conduct joint consultation and discussion, as well as equal communication with political parties from all countries, in a bid to pool more strength and intelligence to deal with the development problems and common challenges facing human society and work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

二是希望与各国政党相互借鉴治党理政经验,共同提高执政或参政能力。我们党是开放包容的,既向世界介绍我们的经验作法,也向世界学习;

Second, we hope to learn from experience on party governance and state administration with political parties from all countries, so as to jointly improve the capacity in governance or participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs. The CPC is open and inclusive, and it not only introduces its experience and methods to the world, but learns from the world.

三是为各国各类政党相互沟通,深入交流提供契机,推动各国各类政党在涉及人类前途命运等重大战略问题上形成更多的共识。

Third, we hope to provide opportunities for all kinds of political parties of various countries to conduct in-depth exchanges, so as to promote all kinds of political parties of various countries to reach more consensus on such major strategic issues concerning the future and destiny of mankind.

郭业洲用三个“首次”来表示这次对话会的重要性：

❶ 这是党的十九大后我国举办的首场主场多边外交活动；

the first major multilateral diplomacy event hosted by Beijing after the recently concluded 19th CPC National Congress

❷ 是我们党首次与全球各类政党举行高层对话；

the first time for the CPC to hold a high-level meeting with various kinds of parties in the world

❸ 也是出席人数最多的首次全球政党领导人对话会。

郭业洲说，这在我们党的历史上具有开创性意义，在世界政党史上也具有突破性意义。

本次高层对话会会标、海报也同时发布。海报的设计运用了借用传统文化“茶”为主要创意元素，匠心独运。

会标整体外形是由数条彩色飘带和英文字母CPC环绕构成的地球造型。CPC是“中国共产党”的英文缩写，会标图形由五种色彩组成，象征中国共产党与来自世界五大洲的政党齐聚高层对话会，共商共议、平等交流，肩负起构建人类命运共同体、引领人民建设美好世界的重要责任。

海报运用“茶”作为创意元素，巧借中国以茶会友、品茶论道的文化传统，匠心独运，诠释主题。

寓意中国共产党邀请各国各类政党共议构建人类命运共同体的政党责任，共话建设美好世界的宏伟蓝图，生动诠释对话会主题。

It vividly reflects the theme of this dialogue that building a community with a shared future for mankind and building a beautiful world is the responsibility of world political parties.

在海报《共饮一泓水》中，一盏青花瓷茶杯中盛着清茶，杯内茶水清澈，呈现出世界地图的映像。

青花瓷茶桌上，以茶杯为圆心扩散出圈圈涟漪，寓意“构建人类命运共同体，共同建设美好世界”（Working Together Towards A Community with A Shared Future for Humanity and A Better World）的主张影响深远。

在海报《美美与共、和而不同》中，中式茶杯、阿拉伯式茶杯和西式咖啡杯象征与会政党的广泛代表性。

三杯茶色泽清丽，水面呈现类似太极阴阳图形的明暗区隔，寓指中国共产党构建人类命运共同体的主张与中国“和而不同”（harmony in diversity）、“和谐相生”（prosper in harmony）、“美美与共”（respect and treasure other's culture/values）等传统哲学观一脉相承的联系。
