PYONGYANG, Nov. 16 -- Kim Jong Un, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), visited the test ground of the Academy of Defence Science and supervised a newly developed ultramodern tactical weapon test, the official KCNA news agency reported on Friday.
