BEIJING, April 28 -- Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing on Sunday.

Themed on "Live Green, Live Better," the Beijing expo is participated by 110 countries and international organizations, the largest of its kind in history.
