A lot of girls wanted to know how she could make it. The woman told people that besides regular exercise, the most important thing was to keep a good mood. When something or someone annoyed her, she tried to find the balance and solved the problems step by step. She felt so thankful to her families and friends, who supported her all the time. So there was nothing could make her sad for a long time. People are easy to lose control when they meet difficulty, then they start to complain and feel negative about life. In the long time, it is easy to age, even they are young. We need to find the way to relieve bad emotion and to enjoy life.
