包装是商品的重要组成部分，适度包装有保护商品、便于储运、利于计量、提高附加值等作用，是商品进入流通、消费领域不可缺少的环节，但过度包装的盛行却让包装“变了味儿”。左一层又一层的包装不仅增加了商品成本，制造的大量固体垃圾还加剧了污染问题。
