今年美国VMA 1. Twerk

根据词典，这个词的意思是The rhythmic gyrating of the lower fleshy extremities in a lascivious manner with the intent to elicit sexual arousal or laughter in ones intended audience，即伴随节奏猥亵的旋转臀部以引起性唤起或喜剧效果。Twerk it out 就是说某某人做了twerk这个动作。

一般情况下twerk这个动作更多是女性对男性做出的，但红遍全球的韩国歌手Psy在他的单曲《Gentleman》里也做了类似的舞蹈动作，但是去掉了猥亵的成分。

这次表演后很多人做了一些图片或动图来表现当时大家看到表演后吃惊的样子，gif就是动图的意思，几秒钟，但是含的信息却比一张图片来的多的多，非常像短视频。

纯粹从舞蹈的角度来说，这个动作其实难度不是很大，关键是要放得下身段，放开去跳，去掉猥亵的部分，其实这是一段非常好玩的大家可以一起挑的舞，twerk it!
