It's clear that if something affects energy intake while the brain is growing, the impact could be long and serious. 　　I strongly suggest effective measures be taken before things get worse. Laws and regulations should be strengthened to punish those performing drinking and driving. Meanwhile, the public, especially drivers, should be more aware of public safety. I hope by doing so, drinking and driving can be things of past.
