  完形填空:

  书面表达:

Chinese food is considered to be one of the most healthy diet in the world because it not only contains enough vitamins and protein, keeping us away from obesity, but also gives enough energy-giving food to keep us fit. However, with the wide spread of Mc Donald`s and KFC fast food restaurants in China, many young Chinese found more and more junk food are coming into their diets. Those hamburgers, fried chips and ice cream served in the western fast food restaurants are rich in sugar and fat that may make people overweighed. What is worse, KFC and Macdonald have been suspected of using “45 days quick chicken”, which have a great negative effect on our health.

As far as I am concerned ,in order to maintain our health status, we should prefer traditional Chinese food to western food . Meanwhile, we are not particular about food but keep a balanced diet with more fruit and vegetables. Last but not least, we can do more exercise to keep healthy.(153w)
