　　【技能讲解】　倡议书是为了开展某项工作、完成某项任务或进行某项活动，而倡议大家一起做某事，或提出合理化建议、意见时使用的一种文体。一般可分三段来写：第一段，自我介绍以及发出倡议的缘由，或对现存某不合理现象的描述；第二段，针对具体问题发出倡议，提出解决问题的可行性建议；第三段，做出总结或再次呼吁、号召大家采取行动。注意，发出倡议的理由以及提出的倡议不要面面俱到，抓住重要的一两点具体说清楚就可以了。[常用表达方式]　1.We should make every possible effort to overcome the difficulties.
