　　announce后不跟双宾语，即不能说announce sb.sth.，可以说announce to sb.sth.。类似不接双宾语的动词还有：explain，say，report，describe，suggest，mention，express等。

　　announce指把人们所关心或感兴趣的事情公布于众，尤其是资讯之类的消息。

　　declare多指正式地当众发布某件大事、要闻或官方立场、态度等，常用于宣战、议和或宣判。

　　(1)in case可单独使用，也可后接句子，跟句子时，从句中可用虚拟语气(should)do。(2)当case作先行词且定语从句中不缺少主干成分时，要用where引导定语从句。
