如何发邮件(How to send an Email)
Nowadays, E-mail has gradually substituted the traditional letter with the development of the computer and the spread of the internet for its convenience. It is an important for people to learn how to send an e-mail so as to adapt to the development of the mail service and new life style. Although you may find some obstacles to the e-mail service, you will find it is so easy and efficient if you follow the logical steps.
Before learning how to send an e-mail, a computer which can connect to the internet is necessary. You can start from learning to activate the modem. After the Dial-up, you can click the Internet-Explorer. Write the internet address (mail.sjtu.edu.cn) in the link blanket and press the ENTER key to confirm. The mail service system is displayed in the screen. You finish the preparation of sending an e-mail.
Now you are ready to apply a account for the e-mail service. Click the registering button and enter the application page. You are required to accept the service agreement and fill up all the personal information which is marked by stars. After your account and password are checked, it means you successfully own the service.
Input your user’s name and password, you will get into the e-mail interface. Click the “write a letter” button and the writing area is on the stage. To an integrated mail, it is considerable of you to write the thesis and the straight matter in a polite way. If you have an attachment, click the “attachment” and choose to upload what you want. You should pay attention to the capability (less than 25M).
After the previous steps have been finished, you are required to fill in the receiver address (joozone@joozone.com) and confirm whether it is correct or not. Click “Send” and you may receive the reply “you have successfully sent the mail.”
The whole process is up to the end and as long as you follow it carefully you are assured to be a good e-mailer and stay with the e-mail pleasantly day and night
