最近几天,一篇名为《今天,滴滴为何成为了大家怒刷朋友圈的炮轰对象?》的文章刷爆朋友圈。文章列出了很多网友用滴滴出行平台打车时遭遇频繁加价或者打不到车的经历。
A woman surnamed Xiong in Beijing said that she was required to pay 15 yuan ($2.18) to 20 yuan as premium to get a taxi one night in Beijing.
北京一位姓熊的女士表示,有天晚上打车,一点开就让她加调度费,15元到20元。
"Didi Chuxing said the premium was required during peak hours, but it was 9 pm," Xiong said, adding that she refused, and failed to get a taxi for more than 70 minutes that night.
熊女士说:“滴滴出行平台说高峰时段要加调度费,但那会儿已经晚上9点了。”熊女士拒绝加调度费,那天晚上等了70多分钟也没打到车。
有说法认为,由于目前网约车市场过度集中,部分平台已经形成垄断(manipulation),导致可以随意进行加价,订单取消的规则也存在漏洞。部分网文直接将矛盾指向滴滴。还有一些说法中提及,平台所加调度费,最终不是由司机获得,而是被平台扣留。
有网友表示:所谓分享经济(sharing economy),一旦没有了竞争对手,用户体验也没有利润来得重要了(once there is no competitors, user experience is not so important as profit)。
对此,滴滴高级产品总监罗文回应称,今年司机回家早,运力下降,同时节前出行需求增加,导致供不应求是近期打车难的原因。

罗文引用滴滴出行的数据指出,叫车平台司机数量减少了25%,与此同时,乘客出行的订单却增加了30%。
供需变化的另一个原因在于,网约车新政发布后,网约车的数量越来越少。出行需求变多,供给跟不上,打车难问题就会更加突出。
目前市场上的数家网约车平台(car-hailing platforms),所提供服务模式略有不同,首汽、神州等自有车辆平台仍然是强制派单给司机(assign orders to drivers)。易道等则根据车型不同,采取派单和选单结合方式。
