　　叙述经历

　　这类要点中常含“以你或你朋友的经历说明……”，“讲述一次你或你朋友……的经历”等。叙述经历一般包括记叙文的基本要素，即某人在何时何地因何原因做何事。这个故事往往是与阅读材料中的故事相类似的，是要紧扣你要说明的主题的。 晨读背诵

　　Once when I was ill, you rushed me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole night. Each time I felt depressed, you would encourage me with a smile. But when our teacher advised us to help parents (to) wash feet, I thought nothing of it. How silly I was to take it for granted that you make every effort to bring me up and give me everything! 　　Getting back what you have lost would be an unforgettable experience. Last Monday, I lost my expensive cellphone, on which my name was stamped. Fortunately, it was returned.

　　That morning, I rushed out of my house and jumped into a taxi, for I would be late for the final examination. On arriving at school, I headed for my classroom quickly, only to find that I had left my cellphone on the back seat..

　　“Where there’s a will, there’s a way”, one of my favorite proverb, means if you are really determined to do something, however difficult it might be, you will find a way of doing it and at last

　　you’ll achieve success.

　　Once, I was faced with great difficulty in learning English, especially in vocabulary, which, from my point of view, is unlikely to overcome.

　　But with my English teacher’s patient instructions and encouragement, I made up my mind to overcome the difficulty. I kept on memorizing words, reciting texts, and using what I have learnt as much as possible. In the end, my determination and perseverance contributed to my great progress.

　　From what I say above, we can see a strong-willed person will achieve his aim. Therefore, always remember where there’s a will, there’s a way.

　　The passage is about a lecture on a fictional creature given by Mr. Whitson, who fails the whole class in the test for their blind obedience and holds the view that students should question anything actively instead of blindly believing.

　　The story reminds me of the first English class when I was in Senior One. When the class began, in came Miss Liu, our English teacher.

　　●讲述你难忘的一堂课 To my surprise, though she spoke English during the whole period, I could figure out what she meant, which increased my interest in learning English. At the end of the class, she asked me to retell the text. In a trembling voice, I did it in broken English, which I felt ashamed of. However, she praised me for my courage to perform in front of the class, adding that my pronunciation was good.

　　I will never forget the English class because it was the first time that I had won praise form an English teacher and it was in this class that Miss Liu made me build confidence to study English well.

　　From this lesson I learned that we can improve our studies as long as we are active in class and not afraid of making mistakes. Besides, encouragement from a teacher has positive influence on us students’ development and can keep us trying.

　　●叙述一次你感到快乐的经历

　　While people have different opinions about what makes them happy, the writer thinks that happiness comes from two fundamental sources: the improvement of one’s life and the sense of contribution.

　　Happiness may come from many sources. A good relationship with people around us, a harmonious family or a healthy body can all make people happy. Some people may regard being rich or being loved and valued as the source of happiness.

　　My biggest happiness, however, comes from being together with my family.

　　My parents are working in another city and I’m studying in a boarding school, so we don’t see each other often. But last weekend, my parents asked a few days off and came to see me.

　　The moment I saw them at the school gate, my heart swelled with happiness and excitement. I forgot all my stress and tiredness.

　　Parents are those who I trust most. Whenever I’m in low spirit, they give me warmth and comfort. For me, nothing in the world compares to the happiness of staying with my parents.
