　　Grammar：The attributive clause 定语从句定语从句一关系代词认识定语 The beautiful girl is his sister.

　　The girl is reading an interesting book. 定语起修饰限定作用通常修饰一个名词或者代词主语宾语认识定语从句 The girl who is reading a book is his sister.

　　结构：先行词 +关系代词引导定语从句

　　被修饰的词叫做先行词跟在先行词后起修饰限定作用的从句叫定语从句定语从句由一个关系词引导

　　关系代词关系副词 Who、whom

　　which、that whose 练一练:合并句子 The man runs fast .（the man 作主语） The man is LiuXiang. The man who/that runs fast is LiuXiang.

　　You talked to the boy.(the boy 作宾语） The boy is Tom. The boy whom/that

　　you talked to is Tom. XinYuan develops fast.(XinYuan作主语） XinYuan is a town. XinYuan which /that develops fast is a town.

　　I have read the book. (the book 作宾语） The book is interesting. The book which /that I have read is interesting. That’s the man . The man’s son is a writer.

　　He lived in a room. The window of the room faced south.

　　做题技巧：一、看先行词是指人还是物二、看先行词还原到从句中的成分是主语、宾语还是定语小结： who 人主语不可省 whom 人宾语可以省略 which 物/事主语或宾语作主语不可省作宾语时可省 that 人/物主语或宾语作主语不可省作宾语时可省 whose 人/物定语（…的）不可省关系代词指示在从句中的成分备注 Period 2 特殊的关系代词用法特殊记忆只能用that 的情况 1）先行词是不定代词时，如：all,none,someone,something,anyone,anything,everyone,everything……

　　Eg: Is there anything

　　I can do for you?

　　that 序高唯一不定代，只用that不徘徊 2)先行词前有形容词最高级，序数词修饰时 Eg: this is the best book

　　I have read.

　　3) 先行词前有the only，the very，the

　　same修饰时 Eg：It is the only thing

　　I have. that that 4)先行词既包含人也包含物时 Eg：they talked about the things and the persons

　　they knew in the school. 5）主句是以who 或which开头的疑问句中 Who is the man

　　is standing by the door. that 特殊记忆只能用that 的情况 that 1）关系代词前有介词时 There are many trees

　　they can have a rest. 2)在非限制性定语从句中

　　特殊记忆只能用which 的情况

　　under which

　　先行词是one ，ones，anyone，those时

　　Anyone

　　fails to finish the task should be punished.

　　特殊记忆只能用who的情况 who
