第47届达沃斯论坛主题前瞻

第47届世界经济论坛年会将于1月17日至20日在瑞士小镇达沃斯举行。来自全球上百个国家和地区的3000多名政界、商界、学术界和媒体的代表将参加此次年会。自1979年中国政府首次派代表参加世界经济论坛年会以来，达沃斯将在今年迎来最高级别和最大规模的中国代表团。

The World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting 2017 will be held in the small town of Davos in the Swiss mountains from January 17 to 20. President Xi Jinping will become the first top Chinese leader to attend the World Economic Forum.

2017年世界经济论坛年会将于1月17日至20日在瑞士小镇达沃斯举行。国家主席习近平将是首位出席该论坛的中国最高领导人。

The forum also is being attended by such figures as British Prime Minister Theresa May and US Secretary of State John Kerry.

英国首相特蕾莎-梅和美国国务卿克里等政要也将出席本届年会。

本届年会的主题为“领导力：应势而为，勇于担当”（Responsive and Responsible Leadership）。会议将围绕2017年全球面临的四大关键挑战展开讨论：加强全球合作体系（strengthening systems for global collaboration）、振兴经济增长（revitalizing the global economy）、改革市场资本主义（reforming market capitalism），以及应对第四次工业革命（preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution）。

World Economic Forum (WEF，世界经济论坛) 是以研究和探讨世界经济领域存在的问题（studying and discussing economic issues around the world）、促进国际经济合作与交流（improving international economic cooperation and exchange）为宗旨的非官方国际性机构（international non-governmental organization），总部设在瑞士日内瓦。其前身是1971年由现任论坛主席、日内瓦大学教授克劳斯•施瓦布创建的“欧洲管理论坛”（European Management Forum）。1987年，“欧洲管理论坛”更名为“世界经济论坛”，因每年都在瑞士达沃斯举行，也被称为达沃斯论坛（Davos Forum）。

达沃斯论坛一直奉行“多利益相关者理论”（multi-stakeholder theory），即应对巨大挑战的唯一方法就是与社会各界各个群体对话、与国际社会所有成员对话（talk to all groups in society and all members of the international community）。

本届年会将开展多项特别活动，以推动可持续发展（sustainable development）、社会包容和人类发展（social inclusion and development），如全球领袖与20个城市的“千禧一代”进行的互动讨论会（Shaping Davos）；专题研讨如何改善全球应对人道主义危机（finding better ways to deal with humanitarian crises）的30余场对话活动；还有一系列面向社会企业家设置的特别活动。
