　　There are many interesting houses in the world. Read the passages about them and find your favourite one.

　　Tree House

　　The people in the south of Philippines used to live in the tree houses. From the tree houses ,they could find the enemies(敌人), the poisonous snakes（毒蛇）and wild animals. They could also get the cool and drier air. As the trees get bigger, they need to rebuild their houses. The tree houses are now used for the meeting and resting.

　　Sami House

　　Sami people of North Norway live in different houses in summer and in winter. Their winter houses are made of wood and clay, they use fire to keep them warm. In summer, Sami people have to go everywhere for good grass to feed their cows, so they design their summer houses that can go easily from one place to another, It’s really interesting!

　　Houses on the water

　　The fishermen(渔夫) in Saba of Borneo Island live on the water. In the water village , there are many houses still now. They use the wood of a special kind of tree to build the water house because the wood can stand long in the sea water.
