　　As we all know, health is very important. Only when we are healthy can we study well and enjoy life.

　　However, many teenagers don't pay any attention to their health, especially during the holiday. And they spend too much time watching TV, playing games and chatting on the Internet all night, which is bad for their health. First, this may make them get near-sighted. Besides, their bodies become much weaker. Thirdly, they will lose the chance to communicate with others face to face as they never go out, which may have a bad effect on their mental health.

　　In my opinion, they should spend less time in front of the TV or the computer. Go out to take some exercises, play some sports and visit some and have a healthy lifestyle.

　　On the eight-day national holiday many drivers became victims of traffic jam on main highways. As is shown in the picture, millions of drivers and passengers flocked to the highways to go home or to tourist spots, which caused great traffic congestion. Many people caught in jam were seen playing sports and even walking dogs or reading to kill time.

　　There are many reasons for the heavy traffic. First, as the economy is developing, the number of cars has been increasing than expected. Then, more people prefer to drive their cars to travel instead of using public transport, which will save money thanks to the toll-free road policy. Also, the traffic system is not efficient enough for so many cars.

　　How could we deal with the heavy traffic? In my opinion, the government should improve the traffic system. It is necessary to provide updated traffic information for drivers on the road. In addition, drivers can prefer the roads which are not crowded. Avoiding the rush time is also a good way. Besides, if the government abandoned the tolls altogether, travel times would be more flexible for drivers.

　　Our school has a history of more than one hundred years and consists of 54 classes. Over 200 teachers are working here. It is located at the centre of the city and there is extremely convenient transportation. I believe you’ll enjoy your life here.

　　However, you’ll face some difficulties if you study in our school. Firstly, you may have difficulty in your study because we speak Chinese all day long. Secondly, you’ll suffer from homesickness because of living far away from your country.
