Most people are looking forward to the retired life, they have a lot of plans, such as travel around the world or do something they have never done before. But for some old and retired persons, who have lose their wife or husband, feel lonely all the time. They need something to do to find the value again. Recently, an old man who was at the age of 89 asked for a job on the newspaper, which made him a little famous. The man said as his wife died, he had nothing to do and the loneliness was like prison for him, so he needed to make the social communication. His positive attitude caught Kate Allen’s attention, who ran a restaurant, so she hired this men to do some simple job. The old man felt very happy, he said the job meant so much to him and he could make connection with others again.
