　　When Mary opened the door，she found a man with a knife glowering at her ferociously．Mary hit a bright idea and said with a smile，“Pal，what a joke！Marketing the kitchen knife？I like it and I buy it...”she said as she let the man inside the house，then went on saying，“You're the very image of my former kind-hearted neighbor. So glad to see you．Would you like coffee or tea...”

　　The gangster with a murderous look gradually became bashful．

　　He stammered，“Thank you，oh，thank you！”

　　At last，Mary did“buy”the shining kitchen knife；the strange man took the money，hesitated for a while and did leave her. On turning to go，he said，“Miss，you will change all my life！”
