亚健康的起因 The Cause of Sub-health

Nowadays, as people’s live standard is much better than before, people no longer struggle for hunger, but the new problem comes. Many people suffer from sub-health, which can result in both physical and mental diseases, the worse situation is that some people may die of sub-health prematurely. Sub-health is not easy for people to perceive, it is potential, the cause of it owes to the pressure and the unhealthy life style that people face.
