With the development of society, our society has become more and more complex. Property right becomes increasingly important. Property right means people’s legal ownership for one thing. Take the house as an example; you have owned your house for seventy years for legal. During this period of time, if anyone wants to occupy the house, you can get it back by law. But after seventy years, you have to give it back to the government, so that they can rebuild it or use into other plan. As a result, the social order can be well carried out. Otherwise, if you don’t figure out your property right, there will be lots of disputes. Even you may lose your house. For another example, there are many clothing brand. If you have the property right, you don’t need to worry about you clothes concept will be stolen by others. To sum up, in the modern society, property right is very significance.

随着社会的发展，我们的社会变得越来越复杂。同时，产权也变得越来越重要。产权意味着人们对于一件东西的合法所有权。以房子为例；你合法拥有你的房子七十年。在这段时间里，如果有人想要占有你的房子，你都可以通过法律维护自己的权利。但七十年后，你必须把它还给政府，让他们能够重建，或用于其它规划。这样的话才可以维持良好的社会秩序。否则，如果你不弄清楚自己的产权问题，会引起很多纠纷。甚至你还可能会失去你的房子。另一个例子，现在有许多的服装品牌。如果你拥有产权，你就不需要担心你的衣服的理念被别人窃取。总之，在现代社会，产权具有重要意义。
